the data still physically resides on the disk. There are low level tools that can extract data that has been formatted
by Windows. Experiments have shown that PC owners and organizations consistently leave data on drives that are
recycled or disposed of. Sometimes the data is of very confidential matter.
If those drives get in the wrong hands, it could be trouble.....
