In fact, there are many small issues and annoyances that go unresolved because the user doesn't know how to
properly correct, so they just "live with it". Most people don't have the time (or desire) to read through many
troubleshooting references and don't want to pay big dollars for what may be a simple, quick repair. Many times,
the frustration level builds and another new computer is purchased while the problematic one gets dumped and
